Stop!... Collaborate and Listen?

Mrs. Richmond's 5th Grade class creates regular book shares. So far the students have shot green screen interviews, posing as Jimmy Falon, characters from their books, or even the authors themselves. Today, a 5th grader wanted to try out stop motion to share information about his book My Side of the Mountain. Using lots of tape and sticky tac, he is using a few Lego men to tell about a scene in the forest. We'll also use fishing line tied to the character and taped to the top of the box to get the character to climb a tree. Once their done filming, they will add voice overs. Can't wait to see the finished product!
